What are the steps to becoming an Equitable Gas supplier?

Equitable Gas' supplier qualification process includes the following steps:

  1. Completion of the Safety Pre-Qualification process.  Further information can be found here: http://www.eqt.com/safety
  2. Execution of an applicable agreement (Master Services Agreement, Master Supply Agreement, etc.)
  3. Proof of appropriate insurance levels as required by the executed agreement
  4. Satisfactory credit review
  5. Submission of the supplier's 1099 form to Equitable Gas' Accounts Payable department.

If I am a minority supplier, what is the best way to become a supplier to Equitable Gas?

If your company has an existing Purchase Order with Equitable Gas Company, invoices must be sent to the following address:

If you company does NOT have an existing Purchase Order with Equitable Gas Company, please direct your invoice to the contact who authorized the purchase.
