High Bill Checklist
If you feel your utility bill is higher than what you would expect, please download and print the following form and take a tour of your home. Answers to these questions may resolve why the bill seems higher. It is best to compare the actual consumption and not cost since utility rates can change.
If, after completing the questions, your bill still seems too high, please contact our customer care center at 412-395-3050 Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and ask a representative for assistance.
