A representative will contact you to review the necessary details regarding your application. An account activation fee will appear on your first bill.
For large commercial, industrial, or transportation accounts (those accounts using 2,000 MCF/year or more), please download and complete both the Commercial Service Application and the Commercial Credit Application. Once complete, fax both forms to Equitable Gas Company at:
