Late Payment

  1. Bills paid after the due date are charged a 1.5% late fee on the past due balance.

  2. Should you receive a Shut-Off notice, please don't wait until a service person comes to your door. Call us. If your gas service is shut off, it will not be restored unless a payment is made. Avoid the inconvenience and added expense of reconnection. We can work together to find a solution.
