Simple No-fuss Automatic Payment
SNAP is Equitable Gas' Simple No-fuss Automatic Payment system. SNAP pays your gas bill on time, every time…at no extra cost to you. Say "Goodbye" to writing checks, paying for postage, worrying about late-payment fees or waiting in line to make your payment in person.
How Does It Work?
You'll continue to receive your regular monthly gas bill, showing the amount due and due date. SNAP will deduct the amount of your bill from your checking or savings account, paying your bill automatically on the due date. A record of your payment will appear on both your next gas bill and your monthly bank statement.
A message at the top of the bill will notify you when SNAP has been initiated and "SNAP" will be placed in the Amount Paid box of your payment coupon. Please allow at least 30 days for processing.
How Do I Apply?
There are three ways to apply for SNAP:
- Enroll using Equitable Gas Online. You must be a registered Equitable Gas Online customer to use this service.
- OR -
- Enroll online at www.directpaymentplan.com.
- OR -
- Complete and print the enrollment form
