Low Income Usage Reduction Program (LIURP)
Equitable Gas assists eligible low-income customers in reducing energy bills through the installation of various energy conservation measures. The services may include attic insulation, sidewall insulation, heating equipment repair, air sealing, etc. To qualify, customers must meet household income guidelines in the
CAP chart, have higher than average gas usage and a balance exceeding $750. Customers may own or rent their home; however, if renting, the landlord must provide written approval. If you think you may qualify, please call 412-395-3254 or
