Dollar Energy Fund
The Dollar Energy Fund is a non-profit organization that provides
help to older adults and struggling families in our area. Equitable Gas has been
a strong supporter since 1986 and continues helping customers keep warm in times
of financial hardship.
Generous contributions from our customers to the Dollar Energy Fund
are matched by Equitable Gas up to $200,000. Customer donations are tax-deductible.
Each dollar you donate goes directly to help needy families with winter
heating bills. Administration costs are paid separately by Equitable Gas.
There are 2 ways to help:
- Pledge by checking the box on the front of your payment coupon. You can donate $1,
$5, $10 or more per month. Or
e-mail us and let us know what you want to donate. We will add your pledge
to the bill each month for your convenience.
- One-time donations can be sent directly to Equitable Gas. Make your check payable
to the "Dollar Energy Fund".
